In the U.S. alone, over 81 million people live with more than one chronic illness and over 25 million people live with a rare disease. Denise sheds light on what it's like to be a chronic warrior and how we can better support them to achieve health equity. It's about meeting people where they are so everyone has an equal shot at a healthy, joyful life.
